Training is for All Ages & Abilities and can be divided into two parts.
Morning Stretch PLUS an afternoon/evening Fun Fitness Session or vice versa.
It is all up to you, if you prefer, we can just do one session a day.
The Fitness Sessions are different and FUN, it can even incorporate modified
beach games in the water or on land.

Sports Specific Training, Nutrition,

Holiday Home ~ Caravan ~ Local Gym ~ Park ~ Beach
Training could be 1 .2. 1 or Small Group of family and friends.
If you up for it, the training session can be combined with
Surfing, Swimming, Paddling and others
games and activities.
